Roles as an Innovation Manager for Customer Accounts
· Nurture key stakeholder relationships at a practice / account level
· Co-create Innovation Strategy and keep track of innovation objectives and outcomes, periodically at account level
· Prepare & present the status of Innovation for leadership review – Insights, Metrics, Best Practices and share to different stakeholders
We are looking for Program Manager who can bring about Innovative ideas and drive/ enable an Innovation engine.
Build innovation related capability and with a design thinking.
Good to Know: Capable of brain storming, brain writing and an avid blog writer who has an own blog.
Most importantly articulate innovative ideas with Marketing, branding, social (active in Facebook, twitter and other social groups) & coaching skills.
Good to have LS/ Pharma/ Health care Knowledge (not a mandate).
Diagnose & cure
· Understand and Analyze Innovation Metrics based on the needs of the different stakeholders (Account – Onsite and Offshore, Client, BU, Innovation Group)
· Indicate areas leading, lagging and on track
· Seek and Recommend solutions to bring lagging areas on par
Bring account ‘Inside-Out’ knowledge to further Account / Practice goals
· Study & analyze account profiles
· Customize campaigns, jointly with account leadership
· Propose and spearhead practice level events
· Cross-pollinate best practices and effectively work with cross-functional teams
· Bring in newer capability techniques like Lean startup, Design Thinking, JTBD, etc.,
· Design, develop and improve our Innovation service offerings

· Write Innovation case studies
· Publish innovation newsletters
· Evangelize – Blog, share, narrate, disseminate using multiple channels
· Facilitate capability building programs
