Candidates should have hands on experience:

General:

Should be with design hands on architectural capability
Should be a good communicator
Should be able to work in multiple projects and stake holders both at onsite & offshore
Should be very strong in J2EE technologies
Should be very strong in Spring IOC, Spring MVC and other core Spring
Should be strong in client side MVC and latest JavaScript frameworks technologies
Should possess good knowledge and experience in handling open source frameworks and tools
Nice to have technologies – Portlets, Liferay Portal, Websphere, Tomcat, Oracle UCM, JVM tuning, Thread dump analysis
Should be good in Web services & JMS Messaging
App / Web Server (Websphere, Tomcat) configuration knowledge
Should possess working experience of UNIX environment with commands such as netstat, ps, top etc…
Should be hands on to code complex piece of logic and mentor the teams technically
Should execute code review, code quality tools and build technical best practices within the team
Should technically own the AD projects

Minimum Qualification

Total experience 9 – 14 years
6+ years of experience in developing enterprise-class web applications using Java, J2EE technologies
2+ years of experience in working on high-velocity, high-volume, scalable, distributed consumer facing web applications
2+ years of experience in working with Spring IOC, Spring MVC and other core Spring modules
1+ years of experience with any portal framework
Solid technical background with strong experience in Java development (XML, HTML, Java Frameworks including Hibernate & Spring)
Team attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills

* Candidate must have a full-time degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc with marks 50% and
* Passport size photograph
* Last 3 months pay slip
* Offer letter and last increment letter from your current / last organization
* Photocopies of X, XII, graduation and post-graduation Certificates and Mark sheets (all semesters)
* Photocopies of Offer Letter or Experience Letters of ALL previous employments (mandatory)
* Photocopy of any one of the following ID Proofs is a MUST: Passport, Ration Card & Election ID card
