Oracle APPS DBA [6+ yrs] in Hyderabad

Type: Permanent
6+ years’ experience as an Applications DBA.
Excellent hands on experience working directly with end customers.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent practical experience in all routine DBA tasks including health checks, patching,
cloning, troubleshooting issues and installations.
Willing to work in the night shift (from around 10 pm to 6 am) on a rotation basis.
Will be on-call 24 x 7.
Ability to execute the following:
o Install the EBusiness suite, R12
o Install and administer the EBusiness database.
o Experience with 11.5.9, 11.5.10.2 and R12 required.
o Experience with database versions 9i,10g,11g and 12c (required)
o Experience with RAC/ASM and RAW devices. (strongly recommended)
o Patch prerequisite analysis.
o Apply Oracle apps patches, rollup patches.
o Properly install custom forms and reports upon developer requests.
o Perform RMAN backup and recovery.
o Create RMAN scripts for automated backups
o Oracle apps hot backup and point in time recovery.
o Perform Oracle apps user and security administration.
o Install Oracle apps custom triggers, alerts, reports, and forms.
o Know how to do traces, and find poorly performing SQL.
o Identify and possibly rewrite poorly performing SQL.
o Capable of taking performance reports and doing formal write-ups for a client.
o Setup and interpret AWR reports.
o Knowledge of Service Request escalation and management.
o Past experience with discovering new Oracle database bugs. (strongly recommended)
o Experience with multiple VPN’s. (strongly recommended)
Qualifications:
BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

As a fresher, can anyone guide a path for me from database to cloud field. I understand they both are quite different fields but still you can term cloud as on the go database if you need. I want proper path any kind of certification anything is fine just guide me through it
