Recently i got trained on Oracle 11g DBA and RAC spend almost 20000 on this, but i have seen some institutes start teaching oracle 12c dba. I am worried about do i have to again get trained on 12c to get a job in MNC.

hi, don’t worry. 12c is just released in the market and will take time for companies/clients to start using it. moreover, u dont need any training and can do self learning from oracle docs. see below link
