Skill/Description



Experience in Active Directory. Installing new Domain controllers / DNS ,Manage DNS , Expertise in 2003/2008 servers is a must. Managing & Troubleshooting Group policy related issues.

 Experience in RAID



Creating and implementing system security policies and procedures



Managing and troubleshooting User Groups and Accounts related issues.

 Knowledge of VMware administration.



Hands on Experience on L2+/L3 Citrix admin Administration



Knowledge of Citrix XenApp 6.5, 5.0, 4.6, 4.5, Provisioning Services, AppStreaming, Application Publishing, Edgesight.

 Citrix capacity management / Reporting.



Incident Management / Problem Management – Citrix related issues.



Change Management – Schedule & implement changes for projects, initiatives, run the engine activities.



Products and versions we have of Vmware software – vSphere 4.0/4.1/5.0, ESX 3.5/4.x/5.x, vCOPS Enterprise



Incident Management – Any issues in VMware environment



Change Management – Scheduled Changes for various Projects/Initiatives/Upgrades etc – eg Build/Upgrade vCenters, Build/Upgrade ESX hosts, Upgrades on Nexus1kv, Updates to VMs eg disk additions, nic additions etc Run the Engine Activities – Host Builds/Upgrades, Host Patching, Root password changes, Inventory collections
