·         Should be a Certified Scrum Master / PMI ACP
 
·         Should have experience of working in any one of the methodologies such as Scrum, XP, TDD, FDD, etc
 
·         Should have played the role of a Scrum Master/ Agile coach for multiple teams across distributed locations and have handled cross-functional teams in the role of a Scrum Master.
 
·         Should have implemented agile engineering practices such as CI, Automated testing etc
 
·         Experience in Agile life cycle management tool is an added advantage.
9+ years of IT experience and atleast 1-3 years of relevant Agile/Scrum experience
