Should be strong in Security aspects of SQL Server.
Experienced in handling Backup and restore activities.
Should have good knowledge of SQL Server DB Files, Log files and their maintanance.
Should have good understanding on Database issues.
Should have SQL and PL/SQL knowledge.
Should understand SQL Server metadata tables and functions.
Should have experience of replication,IIS, Webservices
