Strong knowledge on Backup/restore/recovery/Cloning using RMAN Skilled
Well versed with Database tuning techniques and generation/analysis of performance reports Skilled
Well versed with patching procedures on RAC/Non RAC nodes including applying CPUs. Skilled
Should be well versed with installation,creation and upgradation of databases Skilled
Strong knowledge on database refresh/cloning. Skilled
Should have experience in Capacity Management at both physical and logical level. Skilled
Diagnose the problems, to propose and set up the solutions adapted to the customer requirements Skilled
Record any service request or problem, to carry out the follow-up until its resolution Skilled
Escalate problem, if necessary to the appropriate technical resources (internal systems administrators, suppliers); Skilled
Take part in the documentation of the technical solutions Skilled
Update the technical procedures, escalation procedures and security Skilled
Responsible for the systems analyses of the new needs Skilled
Take part in the development of solutions aiming at the improvement of the processes concerning the support of the assigned customers Skilled
Ensure the services offered according to the evolution of the needs for the customers and the technological evolution Skilled
Provide on-call support according to the schedule envisaged Skilled
