Oracle DBA [5-10 yrs]

We have an urgent opening for ‘Oracle Database Admin’ with one of our client. This is the contract to hire position. Below are the requirement details.

Req: Oracle Database Admin (Contract to Hire)

Skills Required:

* Hands on experience in Query & database Performance Tuning & Optimization
* Hands on experience in Data warehousing Application support
* Good experience in writing and reviewing SQL and PL/SQL code
* Hands on experience in writing Shell scripts
* Hands on experience in Core DBA activities such as Patching, Upgrades, Migrations and day to day operations such as space management, user management etc
* Experience in Production roll outs, migrations.
* Experience in working with remote teams in real time support (24 X 7)
* Experience in support processes and usage of ticketing tools such as Remedy, OpenViewetc
* Desirable certification in ITIL
* Should be able to lead small teams
* Should have experience in allocating and monitoring tasks to team members
* Should have experience in authoring  & reviewing  of technical documentation, roll out plans
* Lead by example
* Should be able to communicate effectively with client and team
* Should have experience in sending out regular and detailed status updates
* Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
* Should have excellent communication skills.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 5-10 yrs
