1. L3  Support Engineer / Sustenance Engineer – NAS Storage
Experience : 4-10 years

– Strong Storage background with experience in one or more of NAS, SAN, File level protocols (NFS, CIFS), Clustered Filesystems, CTDB, Samba, Block level protocols (SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Fibre Channel over Ethernet), Replication, High Availability, Data Deduplication, Backup/Restore, NDMP, Virtualization.
– Strong debugging skills on Linux platform. Strong expertise in debugging tools such as Crash, gdb, kdb, dbx, log analysis.
– Strong problem solving skills.
– Strong UNIX system programming skills (C, scripting)
– Strong OS internals including multithreading, RPC, socket programming.
– Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
– Experience with any Source code control system and any Defect Tracking system
– Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology

2. L3  Support Engineer / Sustenance Engineer –  Storage
Experience : 5-12 years
Mandatory :
• Strong Storage background with experience in one or more of NAS, SAN, File level protocols (NFS, CIFS), Clustered Filesystems, CTDB, Samba, Block level protocols (SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Fibre Channel over Ethernet), Replication, High Availability, Data Deduplication, Backup/Restore, NDMP, Virtualization.
• Strong debugging skills on Linux platform. Familiarity with different host platforms (Windows, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) is very desirable
• Strong expertise in debugging tools such as Crash, gdb, kdb, dbx, log analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology

• UNIX system programming skills (C, scripting) and good knowledge of OS internals(UNIX) is an added advantage

3. SVC Senior Staff Engineer, SVC Development Lead
Experience : 6years

– Strong Storage background with experience in one or more Block level protocols (SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Fibre Channel over Ethernet), RAID,  Replication, High Availability, Data Deduplication, Backup/Restore, Virtualization
– Exposure to NAS protocols (CIFS/NFS) is an added advantage.
– Strong system programming skills in C.
– Strong UNIX system programming skills, Kernel development experience is highly desirable
– Strong OS internals including multithreading, RPC, socket programming.
– Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
– Strong expertise in debugging tools such as Crash, gdb, kdb, dbx, log analysis
– Strong problem solving skills
– Experience with any Source code control system and any Defect Tracking system
– Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology ( Waterfall or Agile)

4. Information Developer
Experience : 4 to 15 years
– Strong user level knowledge of XML-based authoring environments
– Experience with topic-based authoring and content management systems
– Experience with producing multiple outputs from XML DITA or SGML/HTML source files (e.g. XHTML, PDF, Eclipse-based Information Centers)
– Proficient editorial competence, with the ability to follow and apply style guidelines
– Proficient with graphic editing tools
– Knowledge of a typical documentation review process
Strong understanding of the role of information development in the product development proces
