Job description:
.  Unix System Administrator position
Experience : 5+ years
Location : Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
Install and configure UNIX operating system and applications.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting System Administration skills with some shell scripting knowledge
Should have work experience on High availability solutions like clustering, Raids.
Work experience on management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.
System failure analysis and recovery insuring the consistency and integrity of file systems.
Manage and lead hardware and software migration and upgrade efforts of varying size and complexity.
In-depth knowledge in any of the operating systems like Solaris, Linux, HPUX or AIX.
Work experience on one of the configuration management tools like CVS, perforce, GIT.
Should be able to manage build activities and have basic ANT scripting knowledge.
Knowledge on tools like Nagios, Jira, Confluence, GreenHooper, Crowd will be added advantage.
Should have experience on web servers like apache/tomcat.
Understanding the complex business requirement independently
Should be able to communicate technical issues with client.
