The position requires high competency on the  JAVA and leading a team.
The candidate should have good communication .
Job Description:

Post: Java Tech Lead with 5 to 8 yrs experience
Desired Candidate Profile:
 Exp on JAVA/J2EE Technologies
 Good experience in leading a team.
 Knowledge of ORM tools like Hibernate.
 Should have work experience on Spring/ Struts 2.0
 Should have good exposure to Java Script (Ext- JS is a bonus), XML and Web services.
 Good work experience on Database design.
 Excellent communication skills.
