Job Description:
A development DBA (rather than a support DBA) with good experience in Oracle having following skills.
Data Migration (Oracle), Oracle PLSQL Query tuning and Query optimization
Some level of expertise as a Database designer. But this phase would be small (About 4 weeks) and would require only in the beginning of project.
Designing and creating tables to accommodate both the DB requirements as the application is merged, normalization of newly created tables, indexing etc
