Should have experience in core DBA
Should have experience in Single node and installations, patching , cloning
Should have experience in multi node installations, patching , cloning
Should have experience in Rman Setup, backup and restore
Should have experience in APPS DBA admin
Should have experience in RAC
Good communication skill (Oral & Written)
