* All core DBA skills
* Performance tuning
* DB and APP Upgrades
* R12 experience
* Migration experience
* Single node and installations, patching , cloning
* multi node installations, patching , cloning
* Rman Setup, backup and restore
* Maintaining and registering custom objects
* WF Setup, mailer notification, troubleshooting etc is needed
* All APPS DBA admin skills
