Technical Skills and Experience

*Senior Oracle Apps DBA with proven experience Oracle Applications E-business suite (11i/R12), RDBMS 10g & 11g with ASM, 10g OAS
*In-depth knowledge of RAC mandatory
*Rapid Clone using hot backups.
*Patch Analysis (Family pack/mini packs/bug fixes) and application on different modules of E-business suite.
*Printer configuration (Pasta) in 11i
*System Administration tasks in Oracle Applications 11i including but not limited to maintenance of Users, Responsibilities, Menus, Customizations, Printers, Concurrent Managers & Requests etc
*Backup- RMAN, tar, cpio, gzip, Oracle Data Pump, export/import
*10G Grid Control, Foglight – desirable
*Programming SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Perl Scripting, Shell scripting
*Working knowledge of Unix (Sun Solaris), Linux, Windows platforms and AIX
*Be able to provide proactive support by providing recommendations and advice to the customer.
*Good communication skills (ability to liaise at all levels, internally and externally)
*Exposure to ITIL process management.
*Excellent problem solving skills and highly organized with attention to details
