2. Troubleshooting, Configuration Change, Reporting & Break-fix support for Firewall (Checkpoint, Fortigate)
3. Analyze Firewall, Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS), Host Intrusion Protection Systems(HIPS) event logs – using SEM tools provided by the Bank.
4. Antivirus software administration and management.
5. Internet proxy administration
6. System Health Check of all Contracted Security Devices, Servers
Investigation of incidents and preparation of incident handler reports.
7. Monitoring software bugs and vulnerabilities posting sites like CVE and OSVDB for patches and updates relevant to all contracted devices.
8. Reporting, Trend base Analysis, Consulting
