Job Responsibilities:

· Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Experience in ASP.Net, VB. Net ,C#.NET , SQL Server 2000 and 2005.

· Knowledge of PL/SQL.

· Strong understanding of architecture and hands-on on Microsoft technologies .

· Serve as the technical lead.

· Manage technical issues independently.

· Sound knowledge on entire Software life cycle development (Processes).

· Proficient in preparing functional & technical documentation.

· Hands on coding and build process.

· Unit testing and Bug Fixing.

· Proficiency in usage of the popular Version Source Control.

· Capable of understanding Architecture of Application/Services.

· Capable of listening carefully and being able to persuade.

· A team player focused on knowledge sharing.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development .

· Experience in leading a team.

· Strong technical background with extensive software design and development experience in .NET.

· Strong problem solving capabilities, great technical passion with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.

· Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills are must.

· Be able to excel in an idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, cross-functional technical program management and building/ developing teams.

· A willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues as a part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage projects.
