Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to motivate people

• Good spoken and written English communication skills

• Ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people’s

• Decision-making ability

• Ensuring that IT related requests are delivered with high quality and on time

• Analysis and estimation of functional requirements documents

• Managing and coordinating development effort as well as unit & integration testing

• Conducting code reviews

• Ultimately responsible for the quality of the delivered package and support of the package in production

• Awareness of status and progress of all managed tasks

Desired Skiils:

• At least 5 years experience  with relational databases (Oracle preferred) and data analysis

• Very good knowledge of data design and migration principles for Oracle (11g)

• At least 3 years experience in software development and support

• At least 2 years experience in the SDLC process (programming methodologies, version control)

• At least 2 years experience in Strong leadership skills with ability
to motivate team members and relate to management/client

• Effectively communicate with team members  relating project status,
delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.

Required Skill Set:

• Knowledge and practical experience of Oracle 11g is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years experience in Relational database design is
mandatory, with special emphasis on data modeling, data analysis and
deployment of databases. Erwin or other data modeling skills are
mandatory.

• Knowledge and experience working with Oracle performance views and data dictionary is mandatory.

• Knowledge and practical experience of applications development in distributed network environment.

Candidate must ready to relocate at Chennai.

Qualification: BE / ME /MS(Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics)

Compensation: UPTO 10 LPA.
