We are hiring for one of our esteem client who is looking forward for IT
Professionals with 5 – 6 years in IT Industry with a minimum of 2 – 3
years in IT Services and .NET, Web Technologiies

Skills:

* Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills

* Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

* Strong working knowledge and experience on Ms Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and MS Project.

* Ideally posses working knowledge on web based applications in a
commercial multi-tenant SaaS based environment and or Microsoft
Technologies

* Ability to work and manage a team and independently on need basis.

* Must be proactive and work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail.

* Must be process – oriented to SDLC models and have knowledge on CMMI and other industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for all issues related to application performance and support issues

* Track, co-ordinate & monitor support issues in liaison with development, functional and quality assurance teams

* Proactively communicate with key stakeholders on application and
production server downtimes and also communicate about the release
schedules of issue resolution

* Participate in validation activities of activities and ensure that
issues have been resolved as per expectations of customer needs.

* Ensure deliveries of releases and issue resolution are aligned to the defined and agreed processes.

* Maintain appropriate documents (help manuals) on an ongoing basis with
regard to application improvements, enhancements and new feature
additions.

* Ensure quality of deliveries to the customers are defect free and proactively participate in all  phases of project
