Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Computer Science or related field
• Five years of experience in systems support, user support, customer support or training of enterprise class software and/or hardware
• Experience with one or more client/server operating systems
• Direct experience with installation, use, and support of SAS Enterprise software

Equivalent Experience:

Associate’s degree in the same fields plus an additional 2 years of the stated essential requirements
Additional:
• Strong systems administration and Unix, Linux and Windows skills
• Understanding of security, performance, server design, Microsoft Windows integration, SAS products, and storage

Preferences
• More than five years of software support experience, which includes experience implementing and administering SAS 9 BIA software
• Experience programming in SAS DataStep and Macro
