Job Description Design, administer and document DB related activities. Create DB design models, schemas and stored procedures. Work on performance tuning and DB backup / restoration tasks. Work to achieve strategic objectives established by management.
Desired Candidate Profile Any ORDBMS, Database Schema, Database Modeling and design, Database tuning, Fine tune SQL queries to improve performance, Unix shell scripting, PERL scripting, Python scripting, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Shell Scripting(added advantage), Cron jobs
