Immediate requirement for the skill Support analyst for one of major international banking and financial service group.
Required skill: Support analyst
Total experience: 2-6years.
Location: Bangalore.
Type: Contract (4 months)
Notice period: 20 days.
JD:-
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle.
• Advanced knowledge in backup and restore mechanisms
• Hands on experience on Oracle RAC environment
• Unix Shell scripting
• Working knowledge on PL/SQL
• A solid understanding in system management disciplines and ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience in basic database performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of Unix operating systems, capable of OS level scripting
• Demonstrates an understanding of business operations, processes and system requirements. Experience in Financial industry and Banking industry is preferred
• Experience in implementing and administering of centralised database monitoring and alerting tool – Grid Control
