We have an immediate On-site openings with our client for Oracle DBA Professionals in Mozambique location.

Job Profile : –

Job Type : Contract Employment for 2years & can be extended according to requirement.
Note : Only Bachelor Accommodation is given.

ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
1) At least ten (4-5) years experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) & at least 7-8 years overall experience.
2) Experience in installing & configuration of Oracle Database in Unix environment, RAC & SAN Storage.

3) Experienced and knowledge of Unix with ability to write scripts for cron, data loads, backups etc

4) Experienced in developing and writing queries using PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and views

5) Knowledge of and experience with designing DB structure, layout, and sizing for current and future-growth needs

6) Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SQL/stored procedures, and experience monitoring and fine tuning Oracle DBs and servers for increased performance.

7) Ability to analyze, plan, perform, and monitor essential database maintenance activities (e.g., backup, recovery, testing, archiving, purging, and logging, etc.) for Oracle DBs and servers

8) Ability to monitor and maintain Oracle DBs and servers to support service level agreements, including, but not limited to, up-time requirements, backup frequency, storage growth needs (e.g., table space, extents, file systems, archives, redo, temp, rbs, etc.)

9) Knowledge and experience performing database upgrades/patches for Oracle DBs and servers
