 Manage End to End Database Performance.
 Configuration / Setup of Database replication / standby DR / High Availability (RAC / Clusters)
 Planning Testing and Executing Database Version Upgrades / Applying Patchsets / Service Pack
 Root Cause Analysis for DB problems/ Recurring problems and initiate Request for Change
 Shell / Windows Scripting for automating / scheduling DB related work
 Planning Testing and Executing Database Migration
 Design Physical /Logical Database and Review / Implement in Go Live Applications
 Database Consolidation
 Initiate Periodic Performance Review and Recommendation with Applications owners
 New Database Software and Tool Evaluation
 Database Backup & Recovery Design
 Sizing Licensing / Server Capacity for New Requirement of Customers
