Job Title: Informatica DBA

Exp: 4-6years

• 4-6 years DBA experience
• Primarily focus on BI Apps, Informatica Administration,
• Installation, upgrades of Informatica PowerCenter 8.6 Advanced edition.
• Providing technical support for the client’s Informatica environment.
• Backup/Recovery of Informatica software, repository and configurations.
• Perform code promotion using static and dynamic deployment groups.
• Working with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment including throughput, repository sizing, capacity planning, monitoring and maintenance.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment diagrams and check-lists.
• Conducting research into Informatica related issues and working with developers and the vendor when necessary.
• Experience with performance tuning in large scale data warehouses and identifying bottlenecks.
• Well versed with Informatica Metadata Manager, Data Analyzer and Reference Table
