Job Title: Oracle DBA
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring availability, performance and operational Support for the Oracle RDBMS 10g and 11g and Oracle related technologies environments.
Installation and migration.
Administration and configuration.
Upgrading and patching.
Performance tuning
Database Cloning
Configuring Backup / Recovery processes
Configuring and managing high availability
Meet client expectation by the timely service delivery as per SLA.
Deliver the result by adhering to the defined processes
Coordination with other support functions and team to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
Ability to work with teams and flexibility towards working in shifts
Front end internal, external and client audits and work towards closure of findings.
Initiate and bring in service improvement to prevent incidents

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge on Oracle 10g and 11g.
Experience in understanding and implementing migration approach.
Experience on installing, upgrading, migrating, patching and troubleshooting Oracle 10g and 11g.
Experience with Oracle RAC database – Installation, configuration and Tuning
Familiarization with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow.
Hand-on on Performance Tuning
RMAN backup and recovery procedures
Shell scripting

Job Location: Pune
