Experience in RMAN, Data guard, Performance tuning

Experience:-
L2 – 3+ yrs (should be in L2)
L3 – 5+ yrs (should be in L3)

Job Description:-

• Experience in Oracle 10g & 11g.
• Experience in Setting up/Configure Oracle databases on Unix
• Advanced Knowledge on Oracle DBA skill on Day to day monitoring & maintenance Experience in Oracle CPU Patching and Upgrades to latest version
• Expertise in Oracle Backup & Recovery using RMAN.
• Experience in Database Cl oning or Refresh.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery solutions such as Data Guard.
• Experience in setting up ASM & Migrating to ASM.
• Working knowledge on tools such as Toad, OEM, SQLPlus.
• Good Knowledge on Shell Scripting
• Experience in RAC is an added plus
• Experience in supporting Oracle on Windows would be a plus
• Process knowledge on Incident Management & Change management
• Good Trouble shooting & Performance Tuning skills
• Be able to nurture the Jr. DBAs and guide them during critical tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work with team members located in multiple geographies and time zones
• B e flexible and willing to work in shifts.
