Excellent Communication skills is a must.
Good Documentation
Financial Domain knowledge required- if this is getting difficult, I would say having this would be a huge plus.
Strong SQL
Strong Database knowledge
Well Versed with Unix systems, navigating and checking log files, run batch/cron jobs server restarts etc
Someone that is very flexible to shift between projects with minimal ramp up time.
