Mandatory skills
Experience into RAC, RMAN, Data guard & ASM.
Hands on experience in managing large scale Oracle Production Database environment on a Unix environment (9i, 10g and 11g) and windows

Excellent Oracle Database performance tuning experience

Hands on experience in implementing and managing RMAN

Hands on experience on RAC(Real Application Clusters) is a must.

Maintaining Physical Standby Databases.

Critical Patch Deployment for Oracle environments.

Knowledge on Database Replication using Streams.

Knowledge of SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
